How long does it take to get a reply?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours during business days. If you Contact Study Fund over the weekend, we will reply on Monday.
Can I visit your office in person?
Yes, but by appointment only. Since we handle sensitive student data, we request that you email us first to schedule a meeting with one of our hub managers in Nairobi, Manila, or Dublin.
Do you have a phone number?
To keep our operational costs low and direct more funds to students, we primarily use digital support (Email & Chat). However, verified partners and major donors are provided with a direct line to our HQ.

How do I volunteer as an advisor?
